Recommended Listing Language for MLS
"This home is eligible to apply for membership with the Cocoanut Bayou Association (CBA), a voluntary association. Approved membership provides access to a private gated beach, subject to submission of a membership application, payment of the required joining fee and annual assessment, and satisfaction of all membership criteria". |
Request Estoppel Information Please complete our Estoppel Request Form. Note: Other Associations: Cedar Park & Mangrove Point In addition to CBA, some homes are also part of one of two separate mandatory homeowners associations: These associations are independent of CBA and require separate estoppels when selling a property. To request an estoppel or ask questions regarding any of the associations, please contact us directly. Please note: Estoppels take 7-10 days to process. If you need it expedited, there is an additional fee associated. |
