It is imperative that any potential purchasers of property review these policies.  Members must remain in good standing and abide by various documents that govern CBA and pay joining fee and annual dues associated with membership.

The Association has a Board of Directors whose responsibility, among other things, is to enforce these policies within the powers and procedures defined in the Association's Bylaws. The Members of the Board of Directors are all property owners within the Association and are elected by all the owners at the Association's annual meeting.
