Membership

The Cocoanut Bayou Association (CBA) represents 54 eligible homes on Cedar Park Circle, Higel Avenue, Midnight Pass Road, Mangrove Point Road, and Mangrove Place. While membership is voluntary, homeowners who join contribute to preserving the quiet, scenic atmosphere of our community by agreeing to CBA’s rules, regulations, and annual assessment. Membership also provides access to a private, gated beach on Higel Avenue near the Gulf of Mexico.

• Prospective buyers are encouraged to review these documents. To apply for membership, contact our secretary at membership@cocoanutbayou.com. The Association will reach out after receiving all necessary documents.

 

Note: All members, guests, and tenants must comply with the governing documents and pay annual dues. The Board of Directors, elected by members at the annual February meeting, oversees policy enforcement and community standards.
