Cedar Park Circle is one of the private roads that comprise Cocoanut Bayou neighborhood. All 15 lots on Cedar Park Circle are incorporated in the Cocoanut Bayou Association. Most of these 15 owners created an association of their own in 1981. The copy of the covenants and restricitons agreed to by these owners is copied below in two parts. |
